Recombinant Adenovirus and Lentivirus

Recombinant adenovirus and lentivirus have been well established and widely used for delivery of genes. NorClone provides recombinant virus construction services for both in vitro and in vivo applications. 

Our services include:

   1) Cloning the target gene or siRNA into a transfer vector.

   2) Transfection and purification of recombinant virus.

   3) Generation of high titer recombinant viral stock.

   4) Titration (plaque formation unit, transduction unit).

You provide either:

   1) 2~5 µg of the target gene in a plasmid or 2) the target sequence file

       so it can be generated in our laboratory.

You will receive:

   1) A final viral stock of 10⁹ PFU/ml (adenovirus) or 2) 10⁸ TU/ml (lentivirus)

       will be delivered.

Turnaround Time:

   Approximately 5 weeks.
