Stable Cell Line Generation

NorClone provides a rapid and cost-effective service for generating stable cell line with specific gene over-expression or knock-down. It can be used for research, drug discovery, assay development, large scale protein production, and mammalian cell lines culture.

Our services include:

   1) Cloning the target gene into a desired vector.

   2) Transfection of the gene vector into the cell line of your choice.

   3) Cell line incubation, recovery, and resistance selection.

   4) Single foci screening and stable cell line expansion.

   5) Western blotting (with positive and negative controls).

You provide:

   1) 2~5 µg of the target gene in a plasmid or the gene sequence file

       so it can be generated in our laboratory.

   2) Corresponding antibody for Western blotting.

You will receive:

   Two clonal cell lines with a full report.
